I fell in love
with Sandari Batulao six years ago when I first visited the place. We just
walked-in, when we were just passing the place - out of curiosity - inquired
about it and one of their sales agent excitedly showed us around. Although the main roads were
already built at that time, there was nothing on it yet but a large white tent
as a reception area full of friendly and polite brokers and sellers. Excavators
and digging machines were also present on site. In addition to that, there were
also workers who were cleaning up, cutting tall grasses and trees, digging soil
or rocks and / or flattening the area. They were just developing the area at
that time. Since then, there has been rapid improvement, enormous changes - from the sewer
system to the first built model house - and although majority of the lot owners are not really hurry to build their own houses yet the developer, on the other hand, already built the main buildings / amenities that this community offer. This is how Sandari looks like today.

Sandari Batulao is
situated in Brgy. Kaylaway, Nasugbu, Batangas. It is about 60 km from Manila
and 15 km from Tagaytay. It is a walled, gated community with 24-hour security, a solar-powered street lights and three-lined, concrete roadways.
Things that I love
most about the area is its elevation, the weather and its location. Because of
its elevation (300-600 meters above sea level) and its location at the foot of
Mount Batulao and Mount Talamitam, the temperature drops in this area and therefore
it has a cool mountain weather all year round. Besides the panoramic views of
the two mountains, Sandari is also blessed with a view of Balayan Bay and the
South China Sea. Trails to Calamias River has been also developed and although the
river has been turned to a pool, its original settings remains the same. In addition
to that, it is about a 10-minute drive from my Mother’s place.

Due to its natural
amenities and with its many hidden beauties, Sandari provides a nature-centric activities such as hiking, biking, forest trekking, horseback riding and fruit
picking. It has also a ground zero airsoft facility and camp site, not to
mention the Club Ananda, a waterpark and a river pool at Calamias River. Sandari is truly promoting
an active, healthy living thru its unique natural qualities.
I love outdoor
activities. Being a nature lover, Sandari is a perfect place for me to retire, where I could enjoy the joys of nature and the eco-friendly
lifestyle. Sandari is the best location for those looking for a quiet and refreshing
neighbourhood and yet, still enjoys an active and nature-inspired living. Imagine,
living next door to nature. Indeed, Sandari Batulao is a perfect retirement
haven.
